A bright spot in the midst of yuck

Since Saturday, Kim has had shooting pain in her pectorals and in her axilla (armpit). This is almost certainly some sort of nerve entrapment, because tight muscles don't feel like this.
So Kim took her test today and went home. Because relaxation was necessary.
And it was suggested to Kim that she apply a bath along with heating pad. OMG, I had forgotten how wonderful baths are. I always ignore them in favor of showers. They smell nice. They increase circulation. Whoo.
(But I suppose if this keeps up, I need to see a doctor. Now, the question is, what kind of doctor?)

Date: 2006-10-03 02:42 pm (UTC)P.S. - I'd say go to your favorite massage therapist before you try a doctor ... probably just as likely to work, similar cost, plus you really enjoy it (not so with the doctor visit, probably).
