Oct. 3rd, 2006 06:23 pm*sigh* I guess this is just angsting, but the arm pains aren't going away, and a massage therapist without hands is no good. I probably shouldn't be typing, but I'm being careful about posture. And I need the outlet for my worry.
My neurology notes suggest entrapment of the axillary nerve. I abducted to various degrees to stretch teres and pec major; I checked in the mirror to try to see about the length of pec minor; and I have turned practically into a raisin between using soaking and heating pads. Arm pain still. Grr. I know I shouldn't expect instant results.
I also realize that most of the people reading this journal (with the exception of
wenchamuffin) have no idea what the hell I'm talking about.
