I was teaching Yovanni Whyte's story today. Read it, or listen to it, the minute you can. I don't usually say stuff like this so emphatically, but there isn't anyone who doesn't need to see this sort of very rough pain, and love, and courage.

Interesting. You should prolly read A Million Little Pieces by James Frey, which is his very gritty but strangely poetic a ccount of his time in rehab, which includes him getting a root canal w/ no novacane, and about his battle with his alcohol and drug addiction. Was recommended by Al.
