"Halloooooooo" is what I said when Josh and Neil and I were in a tunnel in Central Park together, this weekend. Josh and Shelley visiting was *awesome*... and we'll probably visit them again over Easter weekend.

(sadly, it prolly meant that Kim shirked her studying for her final too much, but I was still good for an A- in the course. As Niko says, a smack to the pride, but it's not a serious setback in the real world.)

I'm currently feeling kind of icky/down, probably due to lack of sleep and my tendency to overstress, but there's lots to look up about.

Some other nice things lately:

- Neil and I got a new couch/ pullout bed! It's a really, really nice pullout bed, too -- a SelectComfort airchamber mattress that's good for the next 20 years. Am I getting old if I'm excited about furniture? But that means that whoever stays over can sleep on a nice Queen mattress and actually get a good night's sleep. Come visit!

- Taxes are done, and we'll get a nice refund. We can use that to pay for the couch =)

- Neil and I are going with his uncle, who's a minister, as an officiant for our ceremony in September. One bigt headache out of the way, and he's nice. (He's willing to not mention the Judeo-Christian God in the ceremony. We might have some spirituality, but we'd like it to not be required, thanks.)

- Cat is healthy, despite us having been scared about her right after her big tooth extraction thing (she was sneezing and making terrible sounds). But she stopped, and is eating, and is cute and fluffy. And the new couch will be catproof if I have to keep double-stick tape on it all the time. So there.

- Jodi Picoult books are thought provoking and emotional and overall yummy.
