Reminders on how to love yourself

2. Eat a whole bag of your junk food of choice (I just did that. See Me Smirk.)
3. Give yourself a massage. (Really. Almost anything you can massage on someone else, you can either stretch or massage on yourself, with a little help from a doorframe.)
4. Leave messages of love with old friends.
5. Take a walk and breathe the crisp night air. Find beauty where you can.
6. Raid the library.
7. Play music loudly. Sing with it.
8. Draw pretty pictures.
9. Conquer your homework. (I rule.)
10. Don't forget the help of Mr. Vibrator.
