Jogging in the park taught me a few things:
(1) Old men who outdistance you are both humbling and a spur to get better
(2) I so don't have the right muscles yet
(3) Water fountains are too far apart. Bring water, even if it's bulky.
(4) If short of breath, walk; don't keep running and don't stop.
