And nah, your affianced status with Jake negates ours, I think, 'cause ours was only supposed to be on if one of us wasn't married by the time we were 30. And you're definitely going to be...

And yeah, I've been getting the idea that I should be a lot more conservative playing the field than I have been in the past. I'm changing that now.

A used bookstore. I don't know why; it just seems like a good place to go.

Well, since I can't remember when/where/how I met you, I'm not going to do too well on this one either. Probably "nice" or something similarly generic.

Sure, but it's a wee bit more detailed now.

Cats, especially if they want to sleep on my head. A certain sort of smile. Cuddly people.

Hmm. Can I be uncreative and just say "a happy, fulfilling life"? I can't think of anything more interesting at the moment.

This is sort of a dumb question, so I'm simply going to answer "medium."
What don't you know about me that you'd like to?
Lots of things, as I'm eternally curious about everyone. How about, what you're most proud of, what your favorite book is, and where you see yourself in 15 years.

...I guess it would have to be a little over two years ago. Crazy.

A used bookstore is the place to go because it would make Kim really really happy :) And I think "loving" is probably one of the nicest one-word descriptions I've ever heard! (It's been said before, but this was still nice, for some reason)

As for what I'm most proud of: my ability to survive under stress. It's always very hard coming out of sadness, to find that you're still in one piece. And I've weathered a bunch, now, in my life...

Failing this, perhaps it's my ability to find love wherever I go. This ability always delights me, not because I'm arrogant over it, but because it makes such a contrast with my self-image usual self image -- that of the nerdy high school chick no one spoke to.

Where I see myself in 15 years: with a pair of kids, doing either counseling work or continuing with teaching. Details of the family life outside of the kids are more fuzzy. Presumably, I'll be married to someone who really loves me. Or I'll be leaning on a very close community of friends.

Favorite book: currently, _Sunshine_, by Robin McKinley. Perhaps _Animal Dreams_ by Barbara Kingsolver.

oh this is so exciting! people responded!!! I'll come back to you a bit at a time.

An S&M club? I think, oddly enough, if I were to feel that urge, I'd go with you, too -- you're one of the people who makes me feel safest, which is a good thing to have when you're in an environment with lots of new/curious/loud people. Why would you want to go there with me, though?

As for many more beloveds, I think I shall be picky and say I want a warranty on them, and a Shelley-stamp of approval! Too many people I pick are people I don't take the time to build a solid friendship with, so then I'm screwed when they decide to get selfish. The goal is slower and steadier from here on out... I'm finally really tired of heartbreak, and just don't have the patience to hope for someone unlikely to turn into Prince/ss Charming.
