Picking up film
Nov. 12th, 2005 08:41 amIn preparation for the fact that I'm headed off to Connecticut today (to take photos of foliage and mountains), I went to the drugstore yesterday and got some film -- black and white, amongst others.
Me: Do you sell black and white chromagenic film?
Bored Employee: Check in aisle 6.
Me: (wanders over)
Film: (covered in black dust that looks like it hasn't been disturbed in 20 years) (blows dust in Kim's face)
Me: (sneezes violently) (picks up the film anyway, goes to check out)
Bored Employee: Do you know you have black dust all over your face?
Me: That's because people don't believe in black and white film.
Bored Employee: Huh?
Me: (sighs) Never mind.
