I had a chocolate craving. But then I remembered that I'd been eating a whole lot of chocolate lately... and I remembered someone telling me a while ago that strawberries only have like 4-5 calories apiece, so I shouldn't worry about eating them...
... so I ate a whole carton full. I think this is probably much more, calories-wise, than 1 chocolate would have been.
Moral of the story: eat more chocolate.
